Establish goals under each thematic area of focus and metrics to track progress, indentify key initiatives that will support each goal

Based on the data and stakeholder input establish areas of focus for the next ten years

Reflect on the data and stakeholder input to refine the current mission and vision statements. Indentify institutional values to uphold in order to accomplish our mission and progress towards our vision

Consolidate data insight and all stakeholder input and indentify emerging common topics

Hold public forums within each district and listening sessions with employers, donors & alumni, adult school partners

Hold listening sessions and contribute a survey to gather quantitative and qualitative input from students

Hold divisional meetings to gather input from employees
